I’m reposting this again. I had a previous theory which I’m looking at. I reviewed some other photos of Paul McCartney and it may be that my theory was correct about the brain damage, however, it’s possible they used the brain damaged Paul for photo shoots and another accomplished musician for live appearances and on albums. I had considered this and this is now my working theory and I’m starting to like it. Other photos of Paul show the same appearance of cognitive dulling.
